Ceramic Agate Slice Drops Earring Charms- Dune

A pair of glazed, textured chunky ceramic agate drops on hoops. Hand formed, very thin layers of Earthstone, rolled around a combustible core, thickly lined with clear enamel. In between, the layers are coated with spangles, black oxide, and black slip. Cut into slices, then scraped back, and high fired. I then applied Snowfall glaze around the edges, and fired again. Fired once more with Dune glaze, bronze clay, and .999 fine silver, which has formed sparkly balls over the surface. Mixed sizes, and they're quite chunky, but still fairly lightweight. ©ScorchedEarthDesigns
